How is the juice kept cold during shipping?

We use insulated thermal liners and non-toxic gel ice packs in every shipment to ensure your juice remains at a safe, chilled temperature until it reaches your doorstep.

Are your juices pasteurized?

No, Natalie's Juice is 100% raw and unpasteurized. We use High Pressure Processing (HPP) to eliminate harmful bacteria while preserving the essential vitamins, minerals, and enzymes.

What is your return policy for perishable food items?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
